MLA Claims Policy

Please submit claims using this form. The form should be emailed to mlacom1@mlahq.org. Claims must be filed no earlier than three weeks and no later than six months from the publication's month of issue. This policy applies to both U.S. and international subscribers. Because of limited supplies, we cannot fill claims more than six months after the publication's month of issue. Please include your MLA ID number. Older issues of the Journal of the Medical Library Association may be accessed electronically at PubMed Central.
