  • Identify all key stakeholders (including providers/aggregators, such as the National Library of Medicine's online training clearinghouse and the Health Education Assets Library (HEAL), as well as current and potential customers.
  • Discuss, clarify, and refine the vision for CORE with key stakeholder groups and define key programs (e.g., the Academy of Health Information Professionals, MLA's continuing-education clearinghouse, and new programs).
  • Draft goals and action plan for implementation including a business model that ensures MLA will sustain and improve revenue from education while meeting goals, addressing ownership, audience, fee structures, etc.
